الوظيفة: محاسب عام

المؤهلات:
- درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة
- سنتين على الأقل من الخبرة في نفس المجال

المسؤوليات:
  • إعداد الحسابات المالية الشهرية.
  • إنشاء ميزانية شهرية ومراقبة النفقات.
  • تحليل الموارد المالية لتحديد المخاطر وإعداد تقارير التوقعات.
  • ضمان الدقة وتحديث جميع السجلات الضريبية.
  • التعامل مع الإغلاقات الشهرية والربع سنوية والسنوية.
  • إدارة تدفق النقد والأرصدة البنكية للشركة.
  • الإشراف على التدقيق الداخلي والخارجي.
  • المساعدة في الدراسات الربع سنوية والتقارير المؤقتة في نهاية السنة.
  • الإشراف على المحاسبين المبتدئين.
  • إدخال القيود اليومية.
  • إعداد ومراجعة كشوف الرواتب، بالإضافة إلى احتساب التسويات النهائية.

المهارات المطلوبة:
  • مهارات تحليلية قوية.
  • Ability to synthesize solutions to problems.
  • قدرات اكتشاف الأخطاء.
  • مهارات إعداد التقارير.
  • Ability to provide recommendations to management.
  • مهارات الاتصال الكتابية والشفوية القوية.
  • الالتزام بسرية المعلومات المالية.
  • القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط، خاصة خلال الفترات الحرجة مثل نهاية السنة المالية.
  • قدرات العمل الجماعي.

Join our dynamic finance team at Falak Investment Hub as an Accountant! We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to manage daily accounting operations and support financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Record daily journal entries and maintain financial transactions in the accounting system.
  • Prepare and review invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and bank reconciliations.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
  • Ensure accuracy and organization of financial records and documentation.
  • Coordinate with external auditors during audit processes.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and payable and ensure timely reconciliations.
  • Adhere to the standards set by SOCPA.
  • Assist in preparing tax and zakat reports (including VAT).
  • Perform any other accounting-related duties as assigned by the finance department.
  • Coordinate with other departments for transaction clarification and supporting documents.
  • Assist in preparing departmental financial reports and budget tracking.
  • Collaborate with the Project Department to monitor project-level financial health.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of proven experience in accounting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (*, Zoho, SAP, Oracle).
  • Solid knowledge of local tax and zakat regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic is required; good command of English is preferred.
