نبحث عن محاسب دقيق ومتفاني للانضمام إلى فريق المالية لدينا في Qawim للاستشارات المهنية. في هذا الدور، ستدير المهام المحاسبية اليومية، وتضمن دقة تسجيل السجلات المالية، وتدعم الامتثال للقوانين الضريبية المحلية، ولا سيما لوائح ضريبة القيمة المضافة في المملكة العربية السعودية.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
  • تسجيل المعاملات المالية اليومية وإدخال القيود اليومية.
  • مصالحة كشوفات الحسابات ومراقبة الحسابات الدائنة والمدينة.
  • المساعدة في إعداد التقارير المالية الشهرية والسنوية.
  • المشاركة في الميزانية، والتوقعات، ومراجعات الأداء المالي.
  • إعداد إقرارات ضريبة القيمة المضافة وضمان الامتثال لقوانين الضرائب السعودية.
  • الحفاظ على تنظيم الوثائق والسجلات المحاسبية.
  • التعاون مع الأقسام الأخرى لضمان دقة البيانات المالية.
  • دعم التدقيق الداخلي والخارجي من خلال تقديم الوثائق المطلوبة.

المؤهلات:
  • دبلوم أو درجة بكاليوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • الشهادات المهنية تعتبر ميزة (SOCPA، CMA، VAT، ACCA، إلخ).
  • سنة واحدة على الأقل من الخبرة المحاسبية ذات الصلة (تعتبر الخبرة في التدريب / التعاون مقبولة للخريجين الجدد).
  • معرفة صلبة بمبادئ المحاسبة العامة والمعايير الدولية للتقارير المالية.
  • يفضل أن يكون لديك خبرة في برامج المحاسبة أو أنظمة تخطيط موارد المؤسسات.
  • إتقان Microsoft Excel وتطبيقات Office الأخرى.
  • اهتمام قوي بالتفاصيل ومهارات تنظيمية.
  • القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وكجزء من فريق.

Join our dynamic finance team at Falak Investment Hub as an Accountant! We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to manage daily accounting operations and support financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Record daily journal entries and maintain financial transactions in the accounting system.
  • Prepare and review invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and bank reconciliations.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
  • Ensure accuracy and organization of financial records and documentation.

  • Coordinate with other departments for transaction clarification and supporting documents.
  • Assist in preparing departmental financial reports and budget tracking.
  • Collaborate with the Project Department to monitor project-level financial health.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of proven experience in accounting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (*, Zoho, SAP, Oracle).
  • Solid knowledge of local tax and zakat regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic is required; good command of English is preferred.
