Karage كراج, a leader in financial services specializing in cutting-edge Point of Sales systems for car care businesses, is seeking a dedicated Accountant to join our dynamic team in Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Accounts Management: Record daily transactions, track revenues and expenses, and prepare periodic financial reports.
  • Payroll & Entitlements: Calculate salaries, bonuses, and deductions for service staff.
  • Supplier Management: Monitor invoices, process payments, and ensure alignment with the budget.
  • Financial Reporting: Provide profit & loss reports, cash flow statements, and operational cost analysis.
  • Tax & Legal Compliance: Ensure proper company registration, submit tax returns, and manage financial obligations.
  • Budget & Cost Management: Assist in operational budget planning, analyze costs, and identify ways to reduce expenses without compromising quality.
  • Receivables & Payables Management: Oversee issued and received invoices, ensuring timely collections and payments.

Requirements:
  • 12 years of experience
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field
  • Saudi National

Join our dynamic finance team at Falak Investment Hub as an Accountant! We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to manage daily accounting operations and support financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Record daily journal entries and maintain financial transactions in the accounting system.
  • Prepare and review invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and bank reconciliations.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
  • Ensure accuracy and organization of financial records and documentation.
  • Coordinate with external auditors during audit processes.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and payable and ensure timely reconciliations.
  • Adhere to the standards set by SOCPA.
  • Assist in preparing tax and zakat reports (including VAT).
  • Perform any other accounting-related duties as assigned by the finance department.
  • Coordinate with other departments for transaction clarification and supporting documents.
  • Assist in preparing departmental financial reports and budget tracking.
  • Collaborate with the Project Department to monitor project-level financial health.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of proven experience in accounting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (*, Zoho, SAP, Oracle).
  • Solid knowledge of local tax and zakat regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic is required; good command of English is preferred.

  • تسجيل جميع النفقات لمكاتب الرياض وجدة والدمام في نهاية الشهر.
  • إعداد قسائم الاستلام المختلفة في دفتر الأستاذ العام (GL).
  • التعامل مع المعاملات المتعلقة بتسوية القروض والقروض الجديدة والمدفوعات المقدمة.
  • تنظيم حفظ القسائم والحفاظ على أرشيف الوثائق المالية بشكل صحيح.
  • تنفيذ مشاريع خاصة والتكليفات كما يوجهك المشرف/المدير.

المؤهلات والخبرات المطلوبة:
  • درجة بكاليوس في المالية / المحاسبة.
  • إجادة مجموعة Microsoft Office (Excel، Word، PowerPoint).
  • الطلاقة في العربية والإنجليزية أمر ضروري.
