We are looking for a dedicated and professional individual to manage flight bookings and provide exceptional customer service. As a TICKET_CHECKER, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients have a smooth travel experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service:
  Receive clients and provide outstanding service regarding travel bookings, respond to inquiries about flight schedules, prices, and all travel requirements.
• Booking Implementation:
  Use global booking systems like Amadeus to book airline tickets, manage electronic ticket refunds and amendments, and issue electronic tickets.
• Payment Processing:
  Handle cash or electronic payment transactions, issue receipts, and document transactions accurately.
• Client Consultation:
  Assist clients in choosing flights that fit their budget and needs, suggest alternatives when necessary.
• Problem Solving:
  Address issues related to bookings, such as modifications or cancellations, and follow up on ticket refunds or customer compensation when required.
• Airline Coordination:
  Coordinate with airlines to confirm bookings or handle special requests and update clients on flight changes.
• Report Preparation:
  Prepare daily reports on sales and bookings with cost details for the finance department.
• Policy Compliance:
  Ensure adherence to airline policies and procedures regarding ticket booking and amendments.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree.
• Experience: At least 6 months of previous experience in aircraft ticket booking.
• Skills: Proficient in electronic booking systems, especially Amadeus.
• Languages: Good command of English.
