About the job
As Growth Marketing Manager at MyRoom, you will lead our growth initiatives to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and drive our expansion in the Saudi market. Your role involves developing and implementing comprehensive growth strategies that leverage organic marketing, performance marketing, influencer collaborations, and strategic events to achieve measurable business results.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute growth marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and retention
  • Create compelling content for sales campaigns and digital marketing initiatives
  • Lead organic marketing efforts to improve visibility and reduce customer acquisition costs
  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve search rankings and organic traffic
  • Manage influencer marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and credibility
  • Build and maintain relationships with relevant influencers and celebrities in the interior design and lifestyle space
  • Plan and execute marketing events and PR activities to strengthen brand positioning
  • Organize workshops, exhibitions, and design events to attract potential clients
  • Implement and optimize performance marketing campaigns across digital channels
  • Analyze user behavior and marketing metrics to identify growth opportunities
  • Design and execute A/B tests to improve conversion rates
  • Develop localized marketing strategies specifically for the Saudi market
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective lead generation strategies
  • Build and maintain our brand identity across all touchpoints
  • Manage marketing budget with a focus on ROI and growth metrics

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital marketing
  • Proven experience in the Saudi market and understanding of its culture
  • Proven track record in managing successful influencer marketing campaigns
  • Existing network of relationships with influencers in the interior design space
  • Experience in planning and managing successful marketing events
  • Strong portfolio of successful growth campaigns
  • Ability to plan and execute events and measure their ROI
  • Excellent content creation and copywriting abilities in both Arabic and English
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools
  • Familiarity with the interior design sector is a plus
