Join our team as an HR Manager at Bridge Talent Solution! We are seeking a skilled HR Manager to drive our HR strategies and ensure the smooth operation of our human resources processes. This role is pivotal in supporting our hotel's objectives and maintaining a positive workplace culture.

- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with the hotel's overall objectives.
- Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and training processes to ensure the selection and development of top talent.
- Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, and resolving conflicts to maintain a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, hotel standards, and industry regulations.
- Drive performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and career development plans.
- Collaborate with departmental managers to identify and fulfill staffing and development needs.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of HR management experience in a five stars hotel.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certification (*, SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in the hospitality sector.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure.
- Proficiency in HR software and systems (*, HRIS).
