Duties and Responsibilities:
- Propose and supervise the company’s annual budget.
- Review and approve disbursement documents.
- Ensure the safety of financial records and documents.
- Submit regular reports to the General Manager.
- Monitor company investments and prepare periodic reports.
- Oversee payroll and ensure compliance.
- Train finance staff and manage departmental tasks.
Work Environment:
This is an office-based position that necessitates frequent interaction with the General Manager and team members from other departments.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years in financial and accounting roles.
- At least 4 years as a Financial Manager in contracting or real estate.
- Experience with budgeting and payroll accounting.
- Skilled in financial statement analysis and ERP systems (*, Odoo).
Competencies and Skills:
- Managerial and supervisory skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in report preparation.
