Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a sales specialist, maximizing revenue profitably while aligning with agreed targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across corporate, leisure, and group segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel agencies, and corporate accounts.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team on promotional campaigns.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis for growth opportunities.
- Represent Miraval The Red Sea at sales events and client meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics.
- Ensure adherence to Hyatt’s sales and brand standards.
Qualifications:
This position is open to Saudi nationals only. Requirements include:
- A degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager or Sales Executive.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- A results-driven mindset focused on revenue generation.
