Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming customers and assisting them in choosing the right tables.
- Providing detailed information about our menu offerings, including food ingredients and potential allergens.
- Preparing and setting up tables with necessary utensils and water.
- Introducing daily specials and promotions to guests.
- Taking food and drink orders accurately and communicating them to the kitchen staff.
- Ensuring dishes and utensils are clean and organized.
- Following hygiene, health, and safety standards.
- Closing customer payments and providing outstanding customer service.
- Minimum two years of experience in catering or customer service.
- High school diploma or higher preferred.
- Proficient in arithmetic, customer service, and communication skills.
