Position Overview:We are seeking dedicated Fine Dining Waiters and Senior Waiters to deliver exceptional service and create memorable dining experiences for our guests. Ideal candidates should possess a strong understanding of fine dining etiquette and a passion for hospitality.
Responsibilities:- Warmly greet and welcome guests, escorting them to their tables.
- Provide attentive service throughout the dining experience, maintaining an understanding of the menu.
- Process guest orders accurately and communicate special requests to the kitchen.
- Serve dishes with grace, adhering to etiquette and timing standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of tables throughout the shift.
- Assist Restaurant Manager in managing shifts and training junior staff (for Senior Waiters).
Qualifications:- Fine Dining Waiter: Minimum 2 years of experience; Senior Fine Dining Waiter: 35 years experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of fine dining etiquette and beverage pairings.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
