What You’ll Do:
The Field Sales Specialist plays a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive support for our customers. Key responsibilities include:
- Promoting products from our catalog and supporting customers both technically and through product training.
- Assisting in the setup of exhibition spaces to ensure impactful presentations.
- Continuously updating product knowledge to provide effective solutions to end-users.
- Conducting market research and relaying customer feedback to our marketing teams.
- Delivering exceptional customer service, including after sales support.
- Organizing and executing Dealer Training Programs in the local market.
What We Need:
The ideal candidate will have:
- A bachelor’s degree in business, economics, sales, or marketing (an MBA is a bonus).
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in sales.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to represent the organization publicly.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and time management skills to manage various tasks effectively.
- Good understanding of computer technologies for reporting and data management.
