At Sofitel Shahd Al Madinah, we seek a dedicated Reservation Agent to manage booking inquiries and enhance guest experiences. As part of our luxury and lifestyle brand, you will be integral to providing top-notch customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle booking inquiries via phone, ensuring prompt and courteous responses.
- Answer all calls within three rings using the specified hotel greeting.
- Promote hotel facilities and maximize sales through expert product knowledge.
- Assist in the Front Office, particularly during busy check-in/check-out periods.
- Efficiently manage guest complaints and inquiries, keeping management informed.
Qualifications:
- Experience in reservations or customer service, preferably in the hotel industry.
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and OPERA Cloud.
- Fluency in English required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to provide efficient service with upselling skills.
