Join Our Team as a Reservation Officer!
At Flavors Hotel, we are seeking an experienced Reservation Officer to manage our guest bookings and ensure exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position based in Medina. As a Reservation Officer, you will play a crucial role in streamlining our reservation processes and maintaining excellent customer relations.

Education and Experience:
At Flavors Hotel, we are seeking an experienced Reservation Officer to manage our guest bookings and ensure exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position based in Medina. As a Reservation Officer, you will play a crucial role in streamlining our reservation processes and maintaining excellent customer relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and process booking requests from various channels (phone, email, online platforms, travel agencies).
- Update the Property Management System (PMS) with accurate booking data including check-in/check-out dates, number of guests, and room types.
- Handle various electronic transactions related to reservations.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide optimal solutions for reservation issues.
- Coordinate with reception and customer service teams to ensure rooms are prepared and guests are welcomed professionally.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to apply promotional offers on booking platforms.
- Compile daily and monthly reports on occupancy rates and incoming reservations from all channels.
- Analyze performance of online platforms and provide recommendations for improving sales and increasing occupancy.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field.
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in reservations management or a similar field.
- Proficient in using online booking platforms and familiar with hotel management systems (PMS).
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, written and verbal.
- Able to work under pressure and solve problems quickly.
- Experience dealing with customers from various cultural backgrounds.
- Understanding of basic room pricing and revenue management principles.
