Construction Manager Infrastructure ( Location)

About the Role

Mace is seeking a Construction Manager Infrastructure to join their team in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves delivering a major entertainment and luxury hospitality project in Umluj and Tabuk, collaborating with architects and global consultants. The project focuses on extensive infrastructure and built assets, requiring a hands-on construction management approach for both main and sub-contract packages.

Responsibilities

• Manage the construction delivery of civil, infrastructure, and building works packages.
• Monitor contractor performance against approved programme, quality, and safety requirements.
• Support construction progress across multiple work fronts while identifying and mitigating delivery risks.
• Oversee utility and infrastructure assets, including district cooling facilities, generator farms, water treatment facilities, sewage treatment infrastructure, fire water storage systems, pump stations, and associated networks.
• Manage roads, hardscape, landscape, and general civil works throughout construction.
• Coordinate interfaces between contractors, consultants, specialist suppliers, and client representatives.
• Review construction methodologies, sequencing plans, temporary works proposals, and short-term recovery plans.
• Monitor construction progress, productivity, and resource deployment.
• Support site coordination meetings, progress reviews, and technical workshops.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, contract requirements, and approved construction documentation.
• Assist commercial teams with variations, claims reviews, and change management processes.
• Promote a strong health, safety, and wellbeing culture across all construction activities.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards.
• Support project reporting, governance requirements, and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.
• Over 10 years of experience delivering major civil, infrastructure, and building projects.
• Experience managing contractor-delivered construction packages within complex project environments.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure works, including roads, utilities, treatment plants, pump stations, industrial facilities, and associated civil infrastructure.
• Previous experience working within a PMC, consultancy, contractor, or client-side environment.
• Good understanding of construction methodologies, project controls, construction sequencing, and programme management.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary contractors across large-scale construction projects.
• Previous Middle East experience on major infrastructure developments, hospitality projects, mixed-use developments, or giga-projects.
• Ability to meet necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and possess relevant work experience on high-value projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, as required for immigration and client approval.
