About the Opportunity

Four Seasons Hotels Limited is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the pre-opening team for the Four Seasons Resort and Residences Red Sea. This full-time role is based in Umluj, Red Sea, and involves attracting, selecting, and hiring talent for the resort's successful launch and ongoing operations. The specialist will report to the Director of People & Culture.

Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will oversee recruitment activities, ensuring alignment with Four Seasons’ culture, service philosophy, and brand standards. This position is critical in building the team for a landmark destination on the Saudi coast.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage end-to-end recruitment activities across various departments.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and hiring timelines.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure cultural and technical fit.
• Coordinate recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and sourcing initiatives both locally and internationally.
• Ensure all job postings, candidate tracking, and hiring processes are managed through Workday (WD).
• Maintain accurate recruitment reports, hiring metrics, and compliance documentation.
• Support pre-employment processes, including offer management, background checks, and onboarding coordination.
• Promote Four Seasons as an employer of choice and deliver a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage recruitment processes effectively.
• Experience with candidate screening, interviewing, and assessment.
• Familiarity with recruitment campaigns and sourcing strategies.
• Proficiency in using Workday (WD) for recruitment management is required.

Work Environment

This role is based at the Four Seasons Resort and Residences Red Sea in Umluj, Saudi Arabia, and is a full-time position. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic pre-opening team.
