Join Hill International as a Senior Cost Control Engineer (E2)
We are looking for an experienced Senior Cost Control Engineer to develop and implement effective cost control strategies and procedures. This role is essential in ensuring financial management and enhancing profitability within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement cost control strategies and procedures.
• Monitor and analyze financial data for cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare and present financial reports, budget forecasts, and variance analysis to senior management.
• Coordinate with project managers to track and control project costs.
• Review and approve purchase orders, invoices, and expense reports.
• Conduct regular audits of financial records and procedures.
• Train and mentor cost control staff.
• Collaborate with teams to develop cost reduction initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Provide guidance on cost control matters.
• Ensure compliance with Quality, Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health Policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Accounting or Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in related fields on major national/international initiatives.
• Extensive knowledge in project cost management.
• Ability to present budgeting plans to senior management.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with strong communication skills.
