About the Role

Red Sea Global Hospitality is seeking a Pastry Chef to lead pastry culinary operations in Tabuk. This full-time role involves overseeing the creation of high-quality, consistent pastry items, reflecting the brand's commitment to craftsmanship and excellence. The Pastry Chef will be responsible for setting the culinary vision for the pastry department and guiding the team in a luxury environment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage daily pastry culinary operations, ensuring all baked goods, desserts, and pastries meet quality and brand standards.
Lead, supervise, train, and mentor the pastry team, ensuring adherence to procedures, recipes, and standards for preparation, presentation, and service.
Ensure timely and efficient production of pastry items, maintaining consistency in quality, quantity, and execution across all outlets and service periods.
Take ownership of menu development, collaborating with culinary leadership to create innovative, seasonal, and signature dessert offerings.
Manage inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, ensuring accurate forecasting, proper stock rotation, and timely ordering.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe culinary environment, ensuring compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and food hygiene regulations.
Ensure all pastry items are presented and delivered in line with brand standards, maintaining excellence in visual appeal, flavor balance, and texture.
Collaborate with Executive Chefs and the wider culinary team to ensure seamless operations and service delivery during high-volume periods.
Implement and oversee quality control processes, ensuring all pastry products are fresh, properly portioned, and meet established standards.
Drive cost control initiatives within the pastry section by minimizing food waste, managing portion control, monitoring expenses, and achieving budgetary targets.
Perform additional duties as required to ensure smooth operation of the pastry culinary and contribute to the overall success of the culinary team.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a relevant pastry role.
Demonstrated commitment to craftsmanship, refinement, and excellence in pastry creation.
Experience in creative leadership and operational oversight within a luxury culinary environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

Work Environment

This full-time position is based in Tabuk. The role operates within a luxury hospitality setting, requiring collaboration with a wider culinary team to deliver service excellence.
