About the Applications Integrations Systems Analyst Role

Nahdi Medical Co. is seeking an Applications Integrations Systems Analyst for a full-time position in Jeddah, Makkah Region. This role is crucial for ensuring IT solutions effectively support clinical needs and enhance healthcare delivery within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess 2-5 years of experience in IT applications, with a preference for the retail or a related industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and customization of new or existing applications to meet specific business needs, particularly within the retail sector.
  • Act as a Level 2 support for assigned applications, resolving bugs and errors within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure end-user satisfaction.
  • Analyze end-user requirements and assist in designing solutions that streamline processes, improve patient care, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to the implementation of new software applications or significant updates, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations and system compatibility.
  • Utilize IT data for analysis and reporting to identify areas for development and operational improvements.
  • Collaborate with vendors providing specialized application support to ensure tools meet end-user requirements.
  • Continuously monitor application performance to meet the demands of a fast-paced environment and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure patient privacy is maintained across all applications, adhering to strict confidentiality and data protection best practices.
  • Stay informed about technological advancements in IT and pharmacy sectors, exploring innovative solutions such as telepharmacy, mobile health apps, and AI-driven tools.
  • Liaise with pharmacists, healthcare providers, and insurance companies to ensure IT solutions align with business objectives and facilitate effective healthcare delivery.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Information Technology (IT), preferably with a specialization in MIS Systems Design, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in an IT applications function, with a preference for experience in the retail or a related industry.
  • Proficiency in specific store applications and general retail systems.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Java, Python, or .NET.
  • Skills in database technologies including SQL Server, Oracle, and MySQL.
  • Knowledge of the various phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Familiarity with common Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms, such as SAP, Oracle, and Salesforce.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools like Tableau and Power BI.
  • Understanding of various operating systems, including Windows and Linux.

Work Environment and Type

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, within the Makkah Region. The role involves working within a dynamic team to integrate and support critical applications that drive healthcare delivery.
