The Opportunity: Senior Team Manager (Manufacturing)

Almarai is seeking a Senior Team Manager (Manufacturing) to join its team in Jeddah. This full-time role is part of an ongoing expansion program and strategic acquisitions, contributing to the group's growth plans within a dynamic multinational environment.

Core Purpose of the Role

The primary purpose of this role is to initiate, identify, manage, and follow up on all continuous improvement initiatives. These initiatives are triggered by various operational factors including customer complaints, non-compliances, delivery non-compliances, rejects, dumps, and hygiene audits. The role requires a proactive approach to operations to ensure continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate and identify opportunities for continuous improvement within manufacturing operations.
• Manage and oversee the implementation of continuous improvement projects.
• Follow up on the effectiveness of implemented improvements.
• Address issues arising from customer complaints and non-compliances.
• Respond to and resolve issues related to delivery non-compliances, rejects, and dumps.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene standards and address findings from audits.
• Maintain a proactive approach to operational challenges and improvements.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience in manufacturing environments is required.
• Proven ability to manage continuous improvement processes.
