About the Role

Panda Retail Company, a key entity within the Savola Group, is seeking a Commercial Excellence Specialist to join its team in Jeddah. This full-time position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are prepared to contribute to commercial transformation initiatives and enhance operational governance.

Role Purpose

The Commercial Excellence Specialist will coordinate and assist in commercial transformation and supplier engagement efforts. This role is critical for ensuring robust governance and control across all Commercial Functions activities, including Policies & Procedures (P&P), RACI matrices, Business Processes, and cross-functional Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement commercial excellence initiatives to improve business performance, operational efficiency, and supplier collaboration.
• Coordinate commercial transformation projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives and consistent execution across business units.
• Analyze sales, supplier performance, and commercial data to identify improvement opportunities and support data-driven decision-making.
• Facilitate supplier engagement programs and performance reviews to enhance collaboration, compliance, and mutual business growth.
• Monitor and track the execution of commercial improvement plans to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and process standardization.
• Collaborate with category management, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure integrated commercial planning and alignment with S&OP cycles.
• Support the design and deployment of commercial tools, scorecards, and dashboards to provide visibility and transparency in supplier and category performance.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and process standards to ensure the sustainability and scalability of commercial excellence initiatives.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and accountability to ensure consistent delivery of strategic and financial outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of professional experience in a commercial, analytical, or project coordination role.
• Demonstrated understanding of commercial functions, business processes, and performance metrics.
