The Role of IRD Waiter (Saudi National)

Raffles Hotels & Resorts is seeking a professional and customer-focused In Room Dine Waiter to join its hospitality team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves delivering dining experiences to guests by providing attentive service, ensuring food quality, and maintaining high standards of professionalism. The In Room Dine Waiter will represent the organization during guest dining moments, requiring both efficiency and a focus on guest satisfaction. This position is open to Saudi Nationals with 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests in their rooms, providing knowledgeable recommendations.
Deliver meals and beverages promptly while maintaining proper presentation and temperature standards.
Set up and arrange dining areas in guest rooms according to established protocols and guest preferences.
Respond to guest requests and special dietary requirements with professionalism and flexibility.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
Process payments and handle billing inquiries with accuracy and discretion.
Maintain clear communication with kitchen and housekeeping staff to coordinate seamless service.
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience and address concerns immediately.
Keep dining areas clean and organized, removing dishes and clearing tables promptly.
Follow all company policies and procedures while representing the organization with integrity.

Experience and Qualifications

0-1 years of experience in a related hospitality role.
Demonstrated professionalism and a customer-focused approach.
Ability to ensure food quality and maintain high service standards.
Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols.
