Role Overview

The Legal Specialist will play a supporting role in the company's legal department, contributing to various aspects of corporate legal operations. This position offers a valuable introduction to legal practices within a business context, focusing on ensuring regulatory compliance, mitigating legal risks, and providing essential legal advisory services to internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and support on business operations, contracts, and regulatory compliance matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, legal documents, and memoranda to effectively mitigate legal risks.
• Conduct thorough legal research, monitor legislative changes, and prepare comprehensive legal reports and opinions.
• Support litigation and dispute resolution processes, and represent the company before judicial and regulatory authorities when required.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external legal counsel to ensure adherence to legal compliance standards and effective risk management strategies.

Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• 0-1 years of professional experience, suitable for an internship.
