About the Role

Prada Group is seeking a MIU MIU Client Advisor for a full-time position in Jeddah. This role is central to delivering an exceptional luxury customer experience, placing clients at the forefront of every interaction. The Client Advisor acts as a Brand Ambassador, conveying and promoting the Brand philosophy and values to clients within the world of Prada / Miu Miu.

Role Purpose and Contribution

The primary purpose of this position is to discover client needs and expectations, fostering meaningful relationships. The Client Advisor is accountable for achieving individual and store sales targets, actively contributing to service excellence, and responding to customer needs across both in-store and e-commerce channels. This role requires a proactive approach to client engagement and brand representation.

Key Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment and provide excellent service in accordance with the established client journey ceremony, addressing client needs and requests.
• Exceed individual sales targets and maximize personal sales performance to contribute to overall store success.
• Achieve Key Performance Indicator (KPI) goals, ensuring high quality in sales and customer service delivery.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Prada / Miu Miu products, history, culture, and brand DNA.
• Capture customer data into the Company CRM to maintain and develop client relationships, offering personalized approaches and identifying future opportunities.
• Follow up with clients using CRM tools to strengthen long-term relationships and host appointments, both in-person and virtually using technology.
• Embrace and promote an Omni-Channel mindset to provide a complete and integrated luxury experience.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of luxury fashion trends and competitors to provide informed discussions and advice to clients.
• Manage client complaints, liaising with the line manager and Client Service team when necessary.
• Handle products with the highest level of care and respect.
• Collaborate with the Back of House team, participating in daily store operations and maintaining an organized stock room.
• Ensure compliance with Company procedures for operational guidelines, stock management, security, cash activities, inventory, logistics, and all head office reporting requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and KPI goals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and digital platforms for client engagement.
• A keen interest in luxury fashion trends and comprehensive brand knowledge.
