About Nahdi Medical Co.

Nahdi Medical Co. is seeking a Personnel Senior Specialist to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah Region. This full-time role is central to delivering comprehensive Human Resource (HR) services and ensuring efficient personnel operations for Nahdi staff.

The Role of Personnel Senior Specialist

The Personnel Senior Specialist is responsible for providing timely HR support and information to Nahdi staff. This involves overseeing the maintenance of employee records, files, and databases within NMC’s system, and administering employee benefit plans. The role works closely with all Human Resource divisions to ensure high-quality service delivery to all employees.

Core Personnel Operations

  • Execute personnel operations related to staff termination, resignations, employee relations, new hires, attendance, and day-to-day personnel functions.
  • Manage all Personnel functions, including Onboarding processes, self-services, Human Resources Development Fund programs, Resignation & Clearance procedures, and events management.
  • Oversee and manage tasks related to the QIWA platform and other relevant personnel systems.

Employee Services and Compliance

  • Approve Nahdi staff vacations by reviewing requests and supporting documents, updating the system, and ensuring accurate service implementation.
  • Review and approve Human Resources (HR) letters for Nahdi staff, checking employee history, updating the system, and ensuring timely implementation of staff requests.
  • Review and approve Nahdi staff requests for extra allowances and process associated financial implications.
  • Activate new employees on the system and finalize all related onboarding activities, including user names, passwords, nametags, and switching bank details, to ensure system updates and facilitate the onboarding process.
  • Conduct quality checks on the receiving of IDs, ATM visas, and residence permits for Nahdi employees to ensure compliance and timely delivery of Personnel services.

Departmental Oversight and Reporting

  • Manage the performance of the assigned team by monitoring KPI achievement, providing coaching, following up on obstacles, and delivering performance feedback to ensure objectives are met.
  • Generate and execute probation period reports and communicate consequences for new hires to concerned stakeholders, whether for hiring confirmation or termination.

Required Experience

Candidates for this full-time position should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in personnel or human resources functions.
