About the Regional Manager Role

The Coffee Address is seeking a Regional Manager to lead and manage operational activities for a significant portfolio of branches in Jeddah. This full-time role is critical for ensuring that sales and profitability targets are consistently met across 30 to 45 branches. The Regional Manager will also be responsible for upholding operational and quality standards, fostering team performance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Core Responsibilities

• Overseeing overall branch performance and ensuring the achievement of set targets.
• Leading, mentoring, and developing area and branch managers.
• Monitoring sales, profitability, and managing costs effectively (P&L).
• Ensuring strict compliance with all company policies and operational procedures.
• Monitoring operational quality through regular audits and field visits.
• Supervising inventory management and implementing strategies to reduce waste and loss.
• Preparing comprehensive regular reports for submission to senior management.
• Leading the successful launch of new products and overseeing their implementation across branches.
• Supervising company assets and implementing measures to reduce losses.

Key Performance Indicators

• Growth in sales and overall profitability.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for the Regional Manager position should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in multi-unit operational management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership abilities and a proven track record in achieving operational excellence and financial targets.
