This full-time position is based in Jeddah, within the Makkah region, and is crucial for driving our business growth. We are looking for a professional with a proven track record in sales, ideally within the electrical, maintenance, contracting, MEP, or technical services industry.

The Role of a Sales Executive

The Sales Executive will be responsible for expanding our client base and strengthening existing customer relationships. This role involves actively promoting Saudi Avcond's comprehensive range of electrical, maintenance, and technical services. Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience, demonstrating a strong understanding of B2B sales dynamics within the Saudi market.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and new customers.
• Promote the company’s electrical, maintenance, and technical services effectively.
• Conduct client visits and meetings as required to advance sales initiatives.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
• Negotiate with clients and provide support throughout the sales process, from initial contact to closing deals.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify additional business opportunities.
• Coordinate closely with technical and operations teams to understand and meet customer requirements.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
• Track and follow up on tenders, projects, and commercial opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and prepare regular sales reports.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Good knowledge of the Saudi market and B2B sales practices.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain professional client relationships.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
• A valid Saudi driving license is required for this role.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah. The role involves frequent client interactions and travel within the region, necessitating a valid Saudi driving license. The successful candidate will operate in a dynamic sales environment, contributing directly to the company's growth objectives.
