The Role: Senior Team Manager

Almarai is seeking a Senior Team Manager for a full-time position in Makkah, specifically covering Jeddah and Makkah. This role is integral to operations, focusing on continuous improvement initiatives within a dynamic multinational team. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Core Purpose of the Role

The Senior Team Manager will be responsible for initiating, identifying, managing, and following up on all continuous improvements. These improvements are primarily triggered by customer complaints, non-compliances, delivery non-compliances, rejects, dumps, and hygiene audits. The role requires a proactive approach to operations to ensure ongoing enhancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate and identify opportunities for continuous improvement based on operational feedback.
• Manage and oversee the implementation of improvement initiatives.
• Follow up on all continuous improvement actions stemming from customer complaints and non-compliances.
• Address issues related to delivery non-compliances, product rejects, and dumps.
• Ensure proactive resolution of findings from hygiene audits.
• Maintain a continuous proactive approach to all operational aspects.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and implement continuous improvement processes.
• Experience in addressing operational challenges such as customer complaints and quality control issues.
