About the Role

Modern Mills For Food Products Co. is seeking a Software Developer to join its team in Jeddah. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience in software development. The primary responsibility of this role is to develop, maintain, and improve all in-house .NET applications and services, delivering stable, secure, and scalable solutions that support daily business operations and future growth.

Core Development Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance all internal .NET applications to ensure smooth and reliable operations.
• Design and manage the organization’s intranet portal, including new features, UI updates, and performance improvements.
• Build and support system integrations using .NET frameworks, APIs, and web services.
• Develop and maintain microservices to improve scalability, performance, and modularity of internal systems.

Front-End and Specialized Application Support

• Handle front-end requirements using JavaScript, ensuring clean, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces.
• Customize, configure, and support SharePoint solutions, including workflows, sites, and document management.
• Design and support mobile application interfaces and workflows, ensuring usability and consistency with backend services.

System Integrity and Continuous Improvement

• Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and implement long-term fixes to maintain high system availability.
• Maintain proper documentation for applications, integrations, and system processes.
• Ensure all solutions follow security standards, best practices, and organizational policies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by recommending new technologies, tools, and development approaches.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with IT, business teams, and external partners to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in software development.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), version control, and coding best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
