Solutions Consultant

About the Role

Hilti Saudi Arabia is seeking a Solutions Consultant to join their team in Makkah, covering Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role focuses on driving the growth and development of service solutions to enhance customer productivity and efficiency. The Solutions Consultant will lead the implementation of key initiatives and support the scaling of service offerings across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the rollout and implementation of initiatives such as Fleet Premium, ensuring seamless adoption for customers and internal teams.
• Collaborate with the Regional Marketing Team and global stakeholders to integrate international best practices into the local market.
• Establish and lead the Life Cycle Management (LCM) setup to ensure the long-term success of the solution business and manage a dedicated LCM team.
• Support other markets across the region in scaling their service offerings and maximizing customer value.
• Work on the launch of the new asset management solution, Hilti ON!Track, ensuring its sustainable success in collaboration with sales regions and market organizations.
• Train the salesforce on the new asset management solution and its sales process.
• Support the sales process for ON!Track and Fleet Management, serving as the primary contact for salesforce inquiries.
• Gather and document customer insights through on-site analysis to understand business needs and challenges.
• Consult customers based on their individual challenges and needs for ON!Track and Fleet Management.
• Implement the new asset management solution at customer sites, including hardware and software installation, data imports, business process analysis and optimization, and documentation of project-specific customizations.
• Advise customers on how to set up and utilize the solution effectively.

Experience and Qualifications

• 5-10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong customer and service orientation.
