About Shangri-La Jeddah and the Role

Shangri-La Jeddah, part of the Shangri-La Group, establishes a new standard for luxury on the Jeddah Waterfront along the shores of the Red Sea. This full-time position for a Spa Therapist (Female) is based in Makkah, with the hotel located in Jeddah. The hotel features stylish interiors, dedicated family facilities, and innovative dining concepts, all designed to offer a distinguished guest experience.

Role Overview

The Spa Therapist is responsible for delivering high-quality spa services and treatments to guests. This role ensures that all requested treatments and services are provided in accordance with the Spa’s established vision and objectives, contributing to the overall guest satisfaction and the hotel's luxury standards.

Key Responsibilities

Provide guests with high-quality service at every stage of their spa experience, adhering to the hotel’s standards.
Handle all guest requests and perform treatments in a timely, professional, and efficient manner.
Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of all treatment rooms consistently.
Familiarize with all spa packages, facilities, and equipment, noting guest preferences to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications and Experience

Experience required: 0-1 years in a relevant field.
Possesses a passion for wellness and holistic health.
Preferably has prior experience working in either a spa or a hotel environment.
Enjoys interacting with people and demonstrates strong interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
