About the Role

Catrion Group is seeking a Specialist, IT Services & Support to join their team in Jeddah. This full-time position involves supporting digital transformation initiatives through automation, process digitization, and fostering business and IT innovation. The role requires 2-5 years of experience and focuses on delivering digitalization programs and identifying opportunities for organizational improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of digital transformation roadmaps, projects, and initiatives aligned with the organization’s digital strategy.
• Support the automation of business and IT processes using tools such as RPA, Power Automate, and other digital platforms.
• Participate in user requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and rollout of digitalization solutions.
• Support data analysis activities to generate business insights, automate reporting, and contribute to data-driven decision-making.
• Assist in tracking and reporting KPIs, project progress, and benefits realization for digital initiatives.
• Collaborate with business users to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains through digital tools.
• Support in the design and creation of dashboards, reports, and digital assets using the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint).
• Coordinate with IT Services and Support teams to ensure smooth integration of digital solutions with existing systems.
• Support communication and change management efforts related to digital projects, including preparing awareness materials, communications, and user guides.
• Ensure digital solutions comply with cybersecurity, data privacy, and internal governance standards.
• Assist in evaluating new digital technologies, trends, and vendors.
• Support in maintaining the digital innovation repository and success stories.
• Contribute to the execution of innovation workshops and brainstorming sessions.

Role Context and Objectives

This role is integral to driving the organization's digital transformation. The Specialist will provide crucial technical and analytical support to ensure the effective delivery of digitalization programs. A key objective is to enhance the organization's digital maturity by identifying and implementing process improvements and leveraging digital tools for greater efficiency and insight.

Required Experience and Skills

• Experience level: 2-5 years.
• Familiarity with automation tools such as RPA and Power Automate.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint.
• Ability to support data analysis and reporting.
• Understanding of cybersecurity, data privacy, and governance standards.
• Skills in collaboration, communication, and change management support.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah. The role operates within the IT Services & Support function, contributing to broader digital transformation efforts across the organization.
