Atmata, a leader in innovative engineering and automation solutions, is looking for a Recruitment Specialist to enhance our workforce by managing effective recruitment processes. Your role will be crucial in aligning our hiring strategies with our business goals and nationalization targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Identify hiring needs in collaboration with departments and update job descriptions accordingly.
  • Participate in the implementation of the annual recruitment plan.
  • Monitor Saudization/nationalization ratios and ensure alignment with government targets.
  • Maintain and update the candidate database.
  • Post jobs on relevant platforms and liaise with recruitment agencies.
  • Review resumes, shortlist candidates, and prepare recruitment reports.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Coordinate onboarding and support new hires during their first days.
  • Support internal hiring initiatives and university recruitment programs when applicable.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in recruitment.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Good command of English is a plus.
