We are looking for a creative and skilled Assistant in Digital Sales and Marketing Management to join our dynamic team at Reflection Agency!

• Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
• Use digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) efficiently.
• Analyze data and marketing performance and make decisions based on results.
• Manage social media and create strategies to enhance engagement and growth.
• Implement SEO strategies and improve brand visibility.
• Work on enhancing user experience and increasing conversion rates.
• Develop content marketing strategies and write compelling marketing copy.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve marketing goals and increase customer sales.
🎯 Qualifications and Requirements:
✅ At least two years of experience in digital marketing and managing advertising campaigns.
✅ High proficiency in using digital applications and platforms as well as analytical tools.
✅ Ability to innovate and think creatively in presenting marketing ideas.
✅ Organized and disciplined individual with strong execution skills.
✅ Outstanding writing and communication skills in both Arabic and English.
✅ Ability to analyze and listen actively to understand client needs.
✅ Experience in B2B sales and marketing and lead conversion strategies.
✅ Intellectual curiosity and a continuous desire for learning and development.
✅ Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
