At Freudenberg Home and Cleaning Solutions, we are part of a global technology group dedicated to making the world cleaner, healthier, and more comfortable. We are currently looking for a Junior Marketing Manager to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This role offers you the opportunity to support the marketing efforts of our iconic brands such as Vileda®, Gimi®, Wettex®, and Marigold®.

We are currently looking for a Junior Marketing Manager to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This role offers you the opportunity to support the marketing efforts of our iconic brands such as Vileda®, Gimi®, Wettex®, and Marigold®.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head of Marketing and the Senior Marketing Manager in managing the product portfolio.
- Implement product and pricing strategies based on market needs.
- Provide insights on consumer trends and competitive products for better market positioning.
- Co-lead product category launches and collaborate on customer activities.
- Engage in local and international projects, including digital and media initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing; MBA preferred.
- Up to 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in Consumer Packaged Goods.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of marketing software is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills; additional languages are beneficial.
- A proactive learner with strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player, able to work in cross-functional teams in an international setting.
