- Provide product feedback and information to customers prior to purchase.

- Manage the e-commerce purchase and in-store pickup process.
- Gather customer data in line with marketing team requirements.
- Promote customer loyalty programs (MUSE) and maintain an understanding of digital offers.
- Support in-store marketing events and campaigns.
- Keep track of social media activities and branding campaigns.
- Drive in-store sales and support customer experience initiatives.
- Report on effective and ineffective store operations.

Qualifications:
- Preferred experience in sales or customer service with luxury retail brands.
