We are committed to delivering top-notch service and support to our clients, and we are looking for a motivated individual to lead our technical support team.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Supervise the technical support team, ensuring adherence to service standards and response times.
- Coordinate warranty claims and spare parts procurement with the procurement department and suppliers.
- Manage preventive maintenance schedules for all assigned locations.
- Review and track maintenance requests, ensuring timely resolution.
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure availability of required spare parts.
- Provide technical training and support to the team as needed.
- Monitor and report key performance metrics for maintenance and service efficiency.
- Oversee new project installations, coordinating with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Manage resources and timelines for new installations, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during project installations.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years in technical support, maintenance, and project coordination, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role is preferred.
