Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the marketing department and upper management to ensure consistency in the delivery of sales pitches to clients.
- Attain growth and hit sales KPIs for the company every month.
- Develop and promote strong relationships with customers by understanding their wants and needs.
- Identify emerging markets and shifts while staying updated on emerging products and competitor status.
- Present sales, expenses, and revenue reports, including forecasts, to management.
- Accept client feedback and continuously improve sales performance and procedures.
- Assist the sales team in generating leads and closing new agreements on the ground.
- Create and implement new sales initiatives, methods, and programs to increase revenue.
Requirements:- Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- 2+ years of Outdoor Sales experience.
- Experience in developing sales pitches and processes from beginning to end.
- Willingness to travel and attend seminars.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to train others.
- KSA Driving License and Car are a must.
