In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to discover player inclinations, develop their physical and psychological readiness, and create training plans tailored to improve essential skills in their respective sports. Your leadership will also guide players in understanding game laws and performance evaluation.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Sports Management, Operations Research, or Sports Training. Prior experience of at least 1 year in coaching is required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify player strengths and talents to plan and enhance their development.
- Create and adapt short and long-term training programs focusing on physical fitness elements.
- Develop core skills for the sport being coached and assess player performance.
- Manage sporting events and guide players throughout matches, ensuring game laws are adhered to and monitored.
- Prepare, present and document work reports efficiently.
