We are looking for a motivated and skilled Supervisor to manage branch operations effectively. Your role will encompass:

• Managing daily operations and ensuring efficiency.
• Providing excellent services to customers to enhance satisfaction and profitability.
• Collaborating with management and other branches for responsive service delivery.
• Addressing customer complaints while maintaining high service standards.
• Overseeing adherence to regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Training employees and evaluating performance to improve branch efficiency.
• Striving to meet financial and operational goals.

Minimum Education:
A High Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in technology, Engineering, Electronics, Business Management, or a related field is required.
Experience:
A minimum of 46 years’ experience in electronics maintenance operations is required, with a strong understanding of the KSA market.
Working Environment:
This is a full-time office-based role located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
