MERCHANDISING TEAM LEADER

About the Role

Napco National is seeking a Merchandising Team Leader to join their team in Khamis Mushayt, 'Asir. This full-time position involves overseeing merchandising activities and leading a team to ensure effective product presentation and sales support. The role requires a professional with a strong background in merchandising and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit weekly reports, distributing copies to the Field Sales Manager, Sales Team Leaders, and Market Manager.
• Follow up on action plans derived from the weekly reports to ensure timely execution.
• Regularly prepare and update routing and call cycles for merchandisers through Sales Team Leaders.
• Coordinate with Product Specialists on all in-store programs and contribute to identifying optimal floor displays, gondolas, and shelf blocks.
• Conduct weekly field training and monitoring for the entire merchandising team.
• Participate in the preparation of shelf spaces as part of yearly contracts.
• Prepare time sheets and monthly incentives for all team members.
• Collect and share competitor activity reports with relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in merchandising or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a merchandising team effectively.
• Strong organizational skills for report generation and action plan follow-up.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Khamis Mushayt, 'Asir. The role involves working closely with sales and product teams, requiring regular field presence for training and monitoring activities.
