At 360Solutions, we are looking for a motivated and skilled individual to join our sales team. As a Telephone Sales Employee, you will be responsible for making phone calls to existing and potential customers to present and sell our products or services. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to listen attentively, and the capability to explain offers persuasively. Furthermore, you will be responsible for closing deals and following up with clients to ensure their satisfaction, all while recording information accurately in our system and achieving set sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct phone calls with potential or existing clients to offer products or services.
  • Collect customer data using the Monday CRM system to register and verify client information.
  • Notify customers of their enrollment in the respective camp.
  • Answer customer inquiries regarding credits, filling out forms for the hiring department, payment methods, training schedules (in-person or remote), topics included in the camp, expected certifications and outcomes, and sending payment links via Wati.
  • Document communications and complete payment processes while updating the client status post-payment confirmation.
  • Identify customer needs and provide comprehensive explanations of the products or services being offered.
  • Close deals by persuading customers to make final decisions.
  • Follow-up with post-sale clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Handle objections and issues raised by customers professionally.
  • Work towards achieving predefined sales targets and implementing strategies for increasing sales and returns.

Qualifications:
  • Diploma or High School Certificate.
  • Experience in telephone sales is required.
  • Intermediate level of English proficiency.
