We are looking for a dedicated individual to manage our warehouse operations efficiently. As a Storekeeper at H. M. Al Rugaib & Sons Trading Co., you will play a vital role in maintaining an organized storage system and handling the flow of goods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and perform tasks related to inbound and outbound flows of goods.
- Maintain perpetual inventory records using MS Office and ERP systems.
- Ensure timely and accurate responses to inquiries.
- Supervise and manage workers, tracking their productivity.
- Prioritize received orders effectively.
- Identify goods that require special handling and determine appropriate follow-up actions.
- Ensure all goods are available according to customer demands.
- Adeptly manage the quality of goods and fulfill orders.
- Stay informed about warehouse consumption needs, including office supplies and equipment repairs, ensuring follow-up until the request is delivered.
Requirements:
- Saudi nationality is mandatory.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred.
