• Customer Service: Greet customers promptly and courteously, assist with product inquiries, process payments accurately, issue receipts, handle returns or exchanges, and resolve complaints professionally.
• Cash Handling: Operate the cash register, balance the drawer, follow cash handling procedures to prevent theft or errors, and complete daily deposits.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Essential: Customer service skills, math skills, attention to detail, cash handling experience, computer skills, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
• Preferred: Experience in retail or customer service, knowledge of furniture products, and a professional appearance.
