About the Process Engineer Role

Petro Rabigh is seeking a Process Engineer for its Monomer II unit. This full-time position is based in Rabigh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves ensuring the stable and safe operation of the plant, contributing to Petro Rabigh's production of essential fuels and plastics that support various industries, from transportation and food packaging to construction and medical supplies.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily monitoring of plant conditions to maintain stable and safe operations, including critical operating parameters and site visits to assess facility status.
• Provide necessary recommendations and instructions to normalize plant conditions.
• Evaluate plant performance, including critical instruments, equipment, and catalysts.
• Lead and participate in troubleshooting activities in cooperation with relevant parties.
• Study and implement operational optimization, energy conservation, and cost reduction initiatives.
• Support activities of other concerned parties.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Senior Engineer or Supervisor.

Experience and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in a process engineering role. Specific qualifications will be evaluated based on the candidate's background and the demands of the Monomer II unit operations.
