The Role of Campaign Specialist

Spike Media is seeking a Campaign Specialist to join its Operations team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves managing the end-to-end execution of digital media campaigns, ensuring each campaign is launched accurately, on time, and according to plan. The Campaign Specialist coordinates closely with Sales, publishers, clients, and internal stakeholders to manage campaign bookings, creative assets, and monitor progress for smooth execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute digital media campaigns from booking through completion based on approved media plans.
• Coordinate with publishers to check inventory availability, secure bookings, and confirm campaign schedules and pricing.
• Collect and review creative assets to ensure adherence to publisher specifications before launch.
• Coordinate campaign launches with publishers and proactively resolve any issues or delays.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for publishers throughout the campaign lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate campaign trackers and ensure all campaign information is up to date.
• Communicate campaign status, timelines, and operational issues with internal teams and clients.
• Collect campaign delivery reports and performance data from publishers for the Reporting & Data Specialist.
• Ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and with high operational standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign execution processes and operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills

Candidates for this role should possess the following:

• 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
