About the Role

Innovative Specialty Coffee is seeking a Fresh Sales Executive to join our team in Jeddah, Makkah. This full-time position is designed for a recent graduate eager to embark on a career in sales, focusing on attracting new customers and building professional relationships to promote the company's distinctive products and services.

Role Objective

The primary objective of the Fresh Sales Executive is to contribute directly to achieving established sales targets. This involves proactive customer acquisition, fostering strong professional connections, and effectively presenting the company's range of specialty coffee products and services to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively search for and communicate with new potential customers.
• Present company products and services clearly and persuasively to clients.
• Prepare comprehensive price offers and manage the sales process through to completion.
• Consistently achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
• Develop and maintain long-term professional relationships with customers.
• Prepare and submit regular visit and sales reports.
• Follow up on payment collection when necessary.
• Update and maintain accurate customer data within the company's CRM system.
• Represent Innovative Specialty Coffee professionally and uphold the brand's reputation.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the direct manager.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 0-1 years of professional experience, making this an excellent opportunity for recent graduates.
• A valid driving license is preferred for this role.

Work Environment and Type

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah. The role involves direct customer interaction and requires a proactive and results-oriented approach within the dynamic specialty coffee industry.
