About the Role

Marriott International is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to join our team in Makkah. This full-time position is focused on creating memorable and unique experiences for guests throughout their stay, extending beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures. The role involves proactive engagement and a hands-on approach to service delivery.

The ability to perform these duties consistently is essential for success in this position.
