About the Role

Courtyard by Marriott is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to join our team in Mecca, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on creating a memorable and unique experience for guests throughout their stay, extending beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures. The Guest Experience Expert is empowered to provide a wide range of services, ensuring operational needs are met and guest requests are addressed efficiently.

Physical Requirements

This role requires physical activity, including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods. The Guest Experience Expert will also take a hands-on approach to tasks, which involves moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
