The Head Chef Position

Blue Limits Group is seeking a Head Chef to join its culinary team. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jeddah, within the Makkah region. The Head Chef is responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, ensuring consistent, high-quality cuisine, and managing kitchen staff. The role also involves controlling costs and continuously improving culinary offerings to create memorable dining experiences for guests.

Core Responsibilities

Plan and design menus.
Supervise food preparation and presentation standards.
Maintain stringent food safety and hygiene standards across all shifts.
Manage kitchen staff, including organizing schedules and providing training to team members.
Monitor inventory levels and control food costs effectively.
Liaise with suppliers and collaborate with management to align culinary offerings with brand standards and guest expectations.
Continuously improve existing recipes and introduce seasonal specials.
Actively participate in creating memorable dining experiences for guests.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for the Head Chef position must possess over 10 years of experience in a relevant culinary leadership role. This experience should demonstrate a proven ability to manage comprehensive kitchen operations, lead and develop a team, and consistently maintain high culinary standards.

Work Setting

This is a full-time, on-site role. The primary work location will be in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, serving properties within the Makkah region.
