Role Overview

Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences is seeking a Hostess to join our team in Makkah. This full-time position is central to delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing attentive service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. The Hostess plays a key role in making every guest's stay memorable through warm hospitality and efficient service.

Primary Responsibilities

• Serve guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner to ensure an excellent Guest and Member experience.
• Manage guest queries promptly and courteously.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of all menu offerings and products.
• Possess a good understanding of the restaurant's seating arrangements.

Operational Duties and Compliance

• Follow correct reporting procedures for any issues encountered.
• Adhere to Hilton Grooming standards, including uniform dress code, cleanliness, and personal hygiene.
• Assist callers courteously and promptly, taking legible and accurate messages for the appropriate person without delay.
• Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation.
